Cancellation policy
Entrepreneurs do not have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions for contracts for the delivery of goods. An entrepreneur is anyone who operates a business as a natural or legal person alone or together with other entrepreneurs.
According to the principle “Those who act as entrepreneurs must fulfill concluded contracts”, this applies to all natural and legal persons who are classified as entrepreneurs according to § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
